"I Love It!" That's the three words that best describe my walk in tub.

I've got to have total knee replacement in July and this tub does wonders to my knees. It's unbelievable, it's great.

The three guys that installed my safety tub were great. They were professional-like, had good manners, polite, and they treated my tub like it was theirs They took their time, answered my questions, and were very helpful.

The three guys were Fred Jackson, Anthony Logan, and AC Lewis. Their work was of very good quality. Fred Jackson especially was very sincere about this tub. He was careful not to scratch it, and after it was put in, he made sure that it worked properly and had no leaks. They worked hard for at least twelve hours, but a great job.

I would greatly recommend a Safe Step Walk in Rub to anyone who has joint pain, because this tub has brought some ease and comfort to my joints. It has changed my everyday life completely!! Good Job, Safe Step Walk in Company"

Several months ago, my brother in law, Mr. Joseph Kato, purchased a Safe Step Walk-in Tub as a gift for me. The tub is a "Regal Independence" 28x53, white in color, with all the options. I have taken several baths in the new tub. It exceeded my expectations by far. The tub gave me a warm, relaxing feeling and helped my arthritis tremendously.

I would like to thank Mr. Paul Flores, Sales, Mr. Mark Heaven Jr. Production Manager, and the three gentlemen who work with the company in installing said tub. They are as follows: a) Mr. Fred Jackson, b) Mr. A.C. Lewis, c) Mr. Nathan Kilgo. The tub is 100% quality and the install crew was courteous and dedicated to their job. To prove their dedication, the guys worked until 1:15am in order to finish the job in one day. This included labor to install a new commode to replace one that I had cracked with my wheelchair. The labor to do this was absolutely free. The job was completed on June 12th, 2010.

I am 73 years of age, and as a Senior Citizen who enjoys both comfort and quality, I would recommend this tub to the young and old alike.

My Mother Anna Allen is 84 years old. Being able to live by herself requires several conditions such as being able to bathe safely. I really believe the Safe Step Tub will help her and us with an independent lifestyle which is what all of us want.

Jimmy and Tracey Miller Lange are a phenomenal sales team. They both were so considerate and kind to my mother which was so important to me. When they said they would be here, they were, which is important to a senior citizen. The presentation shown to my mother was so organized and thorough. What I took from the presentation was that Jimmy & Tracey really believe in the tub's craftsmanship, therapeutic benefits of this tub, as well as the commitment of the company for their customers. When a sales team believes in their products, it helps the customer make their decision.

The installation team, Jim, Manes and Blake are, to say the least, fantastic. I believe Jim can fix anything. My father was an "old school" plumber and electrician all his life. When my Dad put something in, it was there forever. Knowing my Dad's work techniques, I do not know how they got everything done. Not once did either Jim or Blake complain about anything nor did they act like anything was a problem. Jim just said, "I can take care of that". The had to break apart a 1948 cast-iron tub that must have weighed a ton. Because Jim and Blake were so considerate of my mother's reaction to this installation, she was so calm. When I said polite, I mean polite while working as hard as they could. I hate crawling under a house but Blake never hesitated even at night. It was so pleasant to be around co-workers that worked together so cooperatively – helping each other get the job done.

I was able to examine the tub and was impressed by the impressive craftsmanship of the tub. I think my mom will benefit therapeutically from the tub as well as enjoy soaking in the tub. Also, being able to access the electrical and plumbing from the front panels was a great idea. If my mom has to move in with one, the tub comes with her.

I have had several friends with large spa-tubs that do not use them because they cannot get into them and it is just too much trouble. They like what we are doing for our Mom.

I write this short note in appreciation of the fine work and the professionalism exerted by your installers, Brent Price and his co-worker, Eric. For example, they could have been irate on the first day. They had already started when we found out that my wide couldn't get into the smaller tub due to failed knee replacements. They were very gracious, packed back up, determined that there was a larger tub in the warehouse and said they would re-schedule for the following week, which they did.

The installation was not easy and was further complicated in that the weather was hot. The worst was Brent having to lay on his belly in the attack in blown in insulation to run the electric from the panel in the garage to over the tub. Other functions were done with pride and good spirit each knowing what the other was doing.

Lastly, the clean-up was great as was Brent's thorough explanation and demonstration of workings of the tub. Thanks for your great installers.
